Current academic program or career:
I use C. elegans as a model system to study translational regulation of maternal mRNAs in early development. My research techniques focus on biochemistry, genetics, and cell biology. In addition to my PhD, I hold a degree in Biology/Sec.Ed. and currently participate in high school outreach education funded by HHMI. |
